I called Abruzzo Salon and Alex was very kind in taking a last minute same day appointment. Went in with unhappy hair and she made it beautiful again. She understood and I felt comfortable for her to use her expertise and do her thing. Will be definitely returning for future services. Thank you again.

I booked an appointment with this salon to have my hair styled for a wedding on January 18 and brought my own Bellami clip-in extensions. Before the appointment began, I clearly explained that two specific pieces were already cut to my natural hair length and worn daily, and that they were not to be cut under any circumstances. I also brought additional, longer unused pieces and stated those could be trimmed if needed. During the consultation, I showed a reference photo and discussed the desired style. Unfortunately, the final result did not reflect what was discussed or the reference image provided. Despite my instructions, the two daily-use pieces that were not approved for cutting were trimmed, along with other pieces that had been approved. The cuts were uneven, and the extensions are now significantly shorter than my natural hair, making them unusable. These extensions were expensive, and the alteration cannot be reversed. Afterward, I reached out respectfully, shared photos, and explained the situation in hopes of resolving the issue. However, no responsibility was taken and no solution was offered. Based on my experience, I recommend having very clear written confirmation if bringing your own extensions or requesting specific instructions, especially for an important event.
